Deep South Hunt #3 Highlights
Six veteran History Hunters converged on some very history rich sites for three days. During that time they enjoyed nice weather and great discoveries!

The above picture represents just a portion of their recoveries. These include: a nice assortment of dropped and fired Civil War Union and Confederate bullets; Civil War issue bar lead, numerous silver coins including an 1814 half reale, 1841, 1853 and 1854 seated liberty dimes; several rare plantation tokens, copper coins including an 1852 large cent, Chinese cash coin, flying eagle penny and two shield nickels; a large blue trade bead and a Bennington blue clay marble; a silver fork; several Civil War Union Eagle buttons and an 1850s Egyptian Revival sash buckle. Well done crew!
