January 2021 Deep South Hunt Wrap Up

We kicked off 2021, with a small group three day metal detecting tour in the Deep South. The weather held out for two out of three days and some great discoveries were made by everyone in the group. Pictured below are some of the highlights. These include: several Seated Liberty half dimes and dimes; one Liberty Bust half dime; a handful of early glass trade beads; several early buttons including a Civil War-era Navy cuff; lots of Civil War bullets; and an impressive assortment of Native American artifacts spanning from late Paleo to Historic times!
